With low a tree that cries, And hangs down to the ground;

With derness a place where, Lost hikers must be found!

What am I?

November Challenge:

Every year, Annette hosts a Thanksgiving lunch for her friends. This year she has asked them to bring pies as their contribution. A week before the luncheon, Annette's friends called her, each on a different day, to let her know what kind of pie they would be bringing.   Figure out who brought what kind of pie and the day that they called her.

Sandra didn't call the day after the person who was bringing the pecan pie.

Either Craig or Sandra called on Friday.

Jennifer either brought the cherry pie or the pecan pie.

Vivian called at least three days after the person bringing the pumpkin pie.

Stanly called either the day before or the day after the person who decided to bring the sour cream & raisin pie.

Jennifer and the woman bringing the apple pie did not call on sequential days, in either order.

Either Jennifer or Stanly called on Monday.

Answer:

Monday = Stanly, Pumpkin
Tuesday = Craig, sour cream & raisin
Wednesday = Jennifer, Pecan
Thursday = Vivian, Cherry
Friday = Sandra, apple
