GOAL
The New Milford Athletic Booster Club was formed to support the Athletic Department both physically and financially. The Booster Club's primary goal is to help our athletes in whatever way possible. Some examples of how the Booster Club has assisted our athletes and the Athletic Department in the past includes- purchasing scoreboards, pitching machines, VCR/camera, team banners that hang in our gym, Hall of Fame plaques, plaques for awards presented at the Senior Awards Dinner, championship t-shirts, fitness equipment, trainer equipment, along with assisting teams in paying for numerous other items to improve their programs, such as training aids.
Every year the Athletic Boosters pays for each senior athlete and coach to be our guest at the Varsity Awards Dinner in June. Most proudly, the Athletic Boosters provides to our athletes eight-$1,000 scholarships, including the newly formed one-time 2010 John Minko and New Milford Athletic Club Scholarships, which were presented at the Varsity Awards Dinner this past June.

RECENT 2009-2010 HIGHLIGHTS
o Provided sweatshirts to the athletes on the Boys Tennis championship teams
o Provided a Hydration package for use by the athletic trainer and athletes
o Assisted in providing the softball team with bat purchases
o Provided equipment for the fitness center such as weight bars and fitness mats
o Assisted in the purchase of wrestling mat transport carts
o Successful Beefsteak/Comedy Night and Golf Outing fundraisers.
o Assisted the athletic trainer in the purchase of an electrical stimulation unit calibration
o Provided updated Athlete of the Week plaques for display in the high school
o Provided the following scholarships to senior student-athletes:
