I have been teaching kindergarten for 20 years in New Milford. I have a degree in Psychology and Elementary Education from Stockton University and William Paterson University.  

I LOVE Kindergarten!  I truly enjoy teaching young children to read, write, and learn all about math.  I learn a lot from my students as well - wonder, creativity, perseverence, friendship, kindness...

My goals for my students are for them learn and give thier best effort - all while feeling happy, safe, comfortable, challenged and successful at school. I strive to make our everyday learning experiences positive, fun, and engaging for all of my kindergarten students. 

Kindergarten is such an important milestone in a child’s life!!!  Parents, let's work together to help your child reach thier full potential!  

When I am not teaching kindergarten, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.  I volunteer to at an animal shelter to help cats and kittens find their forever homes.  I love to hike, garden, cook, listen to live music, collect seashells, and read.
